JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities include; entering school orders, bidding on school business, entering contracts, communicating with School Directors and staff, building relationships and providing good customer service.

SCHOOL BID JOB DUTIES: -Complete various spreadsheets provided by different school districts on their food bids twice a year. -Entering orders placed by schools. -Researching daily marked out items and suggesting suitable substitutions that can be offered and communicating information with the school personnel. -Maintain historical records by filing documents. -Building relationships with customers and vendors. -Answering and transferring calls to the correct personnel. -Directing visitors, as needed, when they arrive at the front office.

SCHOOL BID SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Attention to detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Analyzing Information, Customer Relationships, PC Proficiency, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Multi Task.

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00
