Setting Goals

Have you set any goals for yourself? Are these goals time goals (short & long-term goals), focus goals (the one thing driving the majority of decisions), or topic goals? These can be a career, personal, financial, etc. Or, maybe you haven’t set any goals, but need to. Whatever it is, hopefully, this post will help you set your goals and reach them! – What is your dream or something you are passionate about? What motivates you? Whatever this is, you want to be certain it is important to you because if it is important to you then you are way more likely to reach it. – Be realistic. If you need to, set smaller goals first. – Write them down! Put pen to paper and put this paper somewhere you will see it daily. Also, share your goals with someone who will hold you accountable. – Create a plan of action and stick to it! Here’s a link to a free template.
